Artisan's has been owned by Peter and Petros Gregorakis since 2001. We were originally known as Basil T's Brewery & Italian Grill in Toms River, with no affiliation with another restaurant bearing the same name. In order to avoid further confusion between the two restaurants, we decided to change our name to Artisan's Brewery & Italian Grill in January of 2010. We still provide great food and service - the only thing that has changed is our name.

 

We have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Our philosophy is this.... Offer our customers the freshest and finest ingredients in all our food; service that anticipates our customers needs and exceeds their expectations.
